Refund policy
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, this includes our Jewellery line due to hygiene reasons. All sales are final. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require proof of the damage or defect, such as photographs or a detailed description. Once we verify the issue, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations.
4. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information when placing an order. We are not responsible for any errors made during the order process, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses or product selections.
